my 1st tree (chinese elm)
before repot and soil change
when i received the tree i was pleased but the nebari was poor as was the soil so i repotted with new soil and did a bit of root pruning but nothing extensive as im a beginner, after i repotted i trimmed a bit of foliage so the roots dont struggle and gave it a good watering..my concern is the yellowing leaves have i harmed the tree? ive had it for about 5 weeks indoors on a bright windowsill i will move outside when warmer, the new soil is 1/3 innes (organic) 1/3 akadama 1/3 kyodama..will it recover and leaf again soon?
