It's a equatorial plant. I don't actually know it's botanical name but in Chinese language it's call -
xi-wey meaning purple plum 'cos it has little purple flowers all year round.

it is pretty much easy composing the penjing, but i see greatness in harmony with the pot. maybe if you expose the roots more, would be a little good...because typical penjing already...
